i can’t believe i missed the much awaited event of my entire life!

 

ok, i was amplifying things. buuuuut!! i almost died when i didn’t get to see george michael AND alicia keys at the emirates palace in abu dhabi. this was supposed to be a christmas gift for myself, however, God has other plans for me.

our (very!) early christmas party was held at the same night of the concert (*sniff* *sniff*) at the dubai marine hotel. not to mention, UAE national day eve! arrgh! traffic everywhere. i almost cried when i saw muning! we haven’t seen each other for ages *pouts* with her tiny frame, she hugged me til i almost ran out of breath. since i moved to the main branch, getting a decent time together was unattainable. it was only gigi who spends half of her shift with me at the main. anyhow, we were amusing ourselves the whole night, and i got stomach ache from laughing too hard.

and finally!! after years of hardwork - and the first ever DN&A award given - muning and i got the employee of the year awards (for our respective departments)

i may have missed the much-awaited concert, but better things are happening in my life right now.

 

‘coz the kittens and i are going to see these hunks in a few hours!
