One thing I’ve learned is that people experience these types of lows once in a while. However, something to look forward to, is that they disappear as fast as they appeared. Afterall, there is always no where to go but UP when you have been down in the dumps.

Brace yourself, ride the waves and be a champion surfer of life. :)

VIRUS :) thanks. .maybe i just needed to conceal myself for awhile and accept life’s punches, and fight back (if i needed to). .as they say “life is too short to be small. .” im feelin a li’l better. .maybe because i saw the sun rise today. .it’s a good sign eh? hehehe

Yep, the sunrise is always a welcome sight. A new day, and fresh hopes and what’s best is it’s free. :D

A friend of mine once told me (and now I am telling you) that “When life gives you lemons………throw those lemons back at life’s face.” :D
